PokePatrikVault ("we", "us", "our") is an online store that sells digital Pokémon TCG Live redemption codes. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
All products sold are digital codes for use in Pokémon TCG Live. Codes are delivered instantly to your account balance upon purchase. Because the code is revealed to you immediately, your right to withdraw from the purchase ends at the moment of delivery and codes cannot be returned or exchanged once shown.
This does not affect your rights when a code does not work. If a delivered code fails to redeem, we will investigate and provide a replacement or account credit as described in our Refund Policy.
You may top up your account balance to purchase codes. Credits have no monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
You may not use our platform for fraudulent activity, chargebacks without legitimate dispute, reselling codes obtained from us, or any automated purchasing.
PokePatrikVault is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company or Nintendo. We are an independent reseller of legitimately obtained codes. We are not responsible for issues within the Pokémon TCG Live platform itself.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Where these Terms and a more specific policy disagree, the specific policy governs its own subject matter: the Refund Policy governs refunds, replacements and credits, and the Privacy Policy governs personal data.
