All products sold on PokePatrikVault are digital codes delivered instantly. Because the code is revealed to you at once, a delivered code cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind.
A code that does not work is a different matter and is covered below.
If you receive a code that does not work in Pokémon TCG Live, please rate it as "Not Working" in your purchase history and contact us on Discord with your order details. We will investigate and issue a replacement or credit where appropriate.
Top-up credits added to your account balance are non-refundable once added, except in cases of technical error on our part. Contact us on Discord within 24 hours of the issue.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in a permanent account ban. We are happy to resolve any payment issues directly.
